How to Grant privileges of another user in Oracle

ALTER USER DUMMYUSER ACCOUNT UNLOCK;

ALTER USER DUMMYUSER IDENTIFIED BY PASSWORD;

ALTER USER MAINUSER GRANT CONNECT THROUGH DUMMYUSER;

Access Username: DUMMYUSER [MAINUSER]
